Need some inspo for Taco Tuesday??
This spread features:
-fresh greens & tomato
-“refried beans” (black beans mashed with ghee & garlic)
-fried cabbage & bell peppers (using avo oil 🥑)
-cooked spiced sole
-dairy-free coconut lime sauce (recipe below)

Dairy-Free Taco Sauce
Use this Coconut Lime sauce on tacos, wraps, as a salad dressing, or on your next buddha bowl!
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 tsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 handfuls fresh herbs
- Pinch of cayenne
Using only the thick creamy part of the canned coconut milk, add all ingredients to a blender. You can use whichever herbs you prefer- cilantro would be nice, basil and parlsey work as well! Blend until smooth and use on tacos, as a salad dressing, or to top your buddha bowl.
