Top Tips to Stay Hydrated!

Hi loves!  We all know how important it is to stay hydrated, and with this incredibly summer heat we’ve been experiencing, this topic is especially important!

I’ve recorded a video for you guys with my top tips for increasing water intake on a daily basis! Check out the video or read the highlights below…


Tip #1: Leave a full glass or container of water by your bed at night and drink it first thing in the morning.

Tip #2: Invest in 2 water containers- one to use at home, and a separate one for leaving the house.

-Remember to find one that works for you. If you’re annoyed with the spout, or how it pours, or if your bottle leaks, you’re not going to use it, let alone enjoy using it!
Tip #3: Actually fill your water containers.

-Always fill it up immediately once it’s emptied.
Tip #4: Adding herbal teas into your day.
